Click on the name to show/hide additional information Jeff Salamon - President/Chief Executive Officer Jeff Salamon is President and CEO of TEAM POST-OP, INC. and OrthoXpress. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Salamon has served in the United States Marine Corps, Honorable Discharge, and a graduate of National University in San Diego, California with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Mr. Salamon has presided over the unprecedented success of the organization year over year. In addition to his duties as President and CEO, Mr. Salamon serves on a number of foundation boards across Southern California and is primarily responsible for new product development at TEAM POST-OP, INC. and its member organizations. Prior to TEAM POST-OP, INC., he served as Vice President of OrthoLogic from 1994 to 1996, a $2.8 million territory consisting of Southern California and Arizona where he was responsible for sales leadership, service operations and contracts management. Before OrthoLogic acquired Orthopedics Rehabilitation, Inc., Jeff started Orthopedics Rehabilitation, Inc. and grew it to be a dominant distributor for Sutter Corporation. From his past experience as a Sutter representative from 1988 to 1991, Jeff was able to take a non-existent marketplace for Sutter, since his departure, and develop it into the top producing National market within 1 year. Jeff is also very involved a number of foundations throughout the region and spends a significant amount of time promoting the missions of the organizations he serves with. One of Jeff's many passions in the orthopedic community is the continual development of products both on his own and with the assistance of top manufacturers. Jeff was actively involved in a number of product discussions from development to coding and is responsible for shaping the direction of the organization for the last eight years. Jeff is married to Lisa Salamon, has two children, and resides in Riverside, California. John A. Krier - Chief Operations Officer / Chief Financial Officer John A. Krier is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Team Post-Op, Inc. In this capacity John is responsible for:
For the past four years, John has consulted with Team Post-Op, Inc. on a number of initiatives including the management of the regulation changes in California that placed a regulated fee schedule on the worker's compensation industry in 2004. Further, John has developed a technology order delivery system that automatically manages and regulates the coding of all products to match payor and medicare guidelines. In addition to his work for Team Post-Op, Inc., John consults with DME providers, surgery centers and physicians on a variety of business matters. Prior to joining Team Post-Op, Inc., John worked over 8 years with Deloitte and Touche in a number of positions. Clients included kidney dialysis providers, disease management firms, for-profit healthcare providers, medical device manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies. In addition to his client service roles at Deloitte, John spent over 2 years serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff for a division of Deloitte in Washington, DC. During this period, John developed and worked on a number of critical projects including margin analysis, comprehensive pipeline and project tracking, and centers of excellence models. John is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in California and Minnesota. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota and California State Board of Accountancies. John's experience in technology development and financial leadership has led him to Team Post-Op, Inc. and his development and implementation of customized DME order delivery software and national operating platforms. Lisa Salamon - Treasurer Kevin Johnson - Executive Vice President of Sales Kevin Johnson is Executive Vice-President of Sales for Team Post-Op, Inc. and OrthoXpress. Kevin is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California with a degree in Business Administration. Kevin has presided over the unprecedented success of the sales force, including growth of 30 percent year over year since 2001 when he became the Vice President of Sales. In addition to his duties as Vice President of Sales, Mr. Johnson is responsible for new product development with Jeff Salamon and overseeing the sales and training programs. During his tenure at Team Post-Op, Inc., Kevin has focused his efforts in Ventura County and Los Angeles County where Kevin served as a Sales Representative and Territory Manager for both surgical and post-operative products. Prior to Team Post-Op, Inc., he served as a Sales Representative of OrthoLogic from 1995 to 1998. During his tenure at OrthoLogic, Kevin developed a non-existent territory into a $1.1 million annual business. Before his drive into orthopedics, Kevin was a member of the Montreal Expos baseball system and played professionally from 1988 to 1990. After his professional baseball was complete, Kevin competed as the Assistant Baseball Coach for Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, California. Kevin is also very involved a number of foundations throughout the region and is a Board of Director of Team Heal. Team HEAL provides world class medical care, injury prevention services, fitness instruction and nutrition education through a program that is financially and physically accessible to young inner city athletes.
